EZ Defense for children is a course designed for kids by America's Self-Defense experts! Everyday our kids are in HOT ZONES where inappropriate and often violent behavior occurs. This course teaches your children creative and powerful new choices to deal with the many difficult situations they have to deal with.
An interactive course that teaches Assertiveness training in:
- Playground altercations
- Dealing with name calling and bullies
- Protecting personal "space" and possessions
- Verbal De-escalation and Boundary Setting
- Assessing appropriate defense and how NOT to start a fight
As well as:
- Home alone safety
- Getting lost
- Appropriate vs. inappropriate touch
- Stranger Danger and Anti Abduction skills
Children gain confidence from the new choices they learn to deal with in a wide variety of situations. Participants are much less likely to have to utilize physical resistance through proper awareness and appropriate behavior skills.
